Warranty:

All our items are carefully checked for damage and defects before being shipped.We provide a 1-year warranty on all items, with the exception of cleaning products such as cleaning brushes, cleaning patches, etc.

Please notify us of the problem as soon as possible so we can resolve it. Send us an email with a description of the defect (and, if possible, a photo) to RMA@schietsportspullen.nl, including your order number. This allows us to forward the issue to the right person so the procedure can be completed as quickly as possible. Complaints are handled within 14 days. If we need more time, we will inform you in due course.

The item can be returned to us once you have contacted us about the issue. Please return it in the original packaging as much as possible, including a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Once we have received the return shipment, we will inspect and assess it.
If the item is indeed defective and covered by warranty, it will be repaired free of charge.
If repair is not possible, you will receive a replacement item as soon as possible.
If no defect is found, we will charge €30 for inspection costs.
Damage caused by improper use of the item is NOT covered by warranty.

Manufacturers sometimes offer a warranty period longer than one year, known as the manufacturer’s warranty.
The duration and terms of this manufacturer’s warranty are stated, if applicable, in the product manual.
In addition, the statutory warranty provisions as described in Dutch law apply.
