We ship world wide
Customers should contact local customs or related authorities in the country of destination to
check whether products can be imported and used or not.
We, Schietsportspullen.nl, are not responsible for customs confiscations or punishment due to the
destination country's local Laws or regulations.
We ship all order according to the Dutch export laws.
How to order:
Just add items to your shopping cart and checkout, if you are searching for any
specific items or if you have any questions regarding your order,

We can except bank transfer, Credit Card (Master Card or Visa), Sofort Banking, Mister Cash and PayPal,
you will receive the account information after you complete the order. All payments must paid in Euros.
Bank charges/fees must be paid by the customer.
All prices on our website are included EU-VAT, in some cases orders are exempt from VAT
When you choose order type “Business” during checkout and you provide your business information
and a valid EU-VAT number, the VAT is then automatically deducted from the purchase amount.
Shipments outside the EU:
When you choose a destination country outside the EU,
the VAT will be automatically deducted from the purchase amount during checkout.
Please note: Import and customs duties/taxes/fees are to be paid by the customer in the receiving
country to the appropriate authority.
Shipments and charges:
Shipping charges will be added to the order when adding articles to the shopping cart.
If your country is not displayed in the shopping cart please contact us at email@example.com
After payment authorization is received, merchandise will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days, if product is in stock.
If the product you ordered is not in stock and/or will not be restocked, you will be notified.
In that event you may cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Any request for adjustment of the order must be submitted promptly and prior to shipping.
Shipping Time may take 6 to 14 business days, excluding public holidays.
Schietsportspullen.nl is not responsible for any delays after the order is shipped.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.
Import and customs duties/taxes/fees are to be paid by the customer in the receiving
country to the appropriate authority.
In no event, will Schietsportspullen.nl knowingly violate any Dutch export laws.
Returns & Refunds:
Items may be returned to us within 14 days after receiving your order.
The returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged package!
All international returns will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.
You must have an authorization number for the return/refund.
An authorization number may be obtained by emailing us at RMA@schietsportspullen.nl.
No items will be accepted for return/refund without notice or after 14 days from delivery of product
or if the item is damaged.
All items come with 1 year warranty, excluding cleaning products.
If the product becomes defective and is covered by warranty,
replacement will be send within 30 days after return of the defective merchandise.
Processing may take 2 weeks to complete.
You must also have an authorization number for the return of defective merchandise.
An authorization number may be obtained by emailing us at RMA@schietsportspullen.nl
Please make sure to check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees,
duties, taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned
above are the sole responsibility of the recipient and not schietsportspullen.nl.
It is the recipients responsibility to ensure the products are not restricted in the country of destination and
not the responsibility of Schietsportspullen.nl. If for whatever reason your product is held up or returned by customs, Schietsportspullen.nl will not take responsibility for any delays, returns, or confiscation.
If merchandise is confiscated by customs we will not be held responsible for return of payment or fines.
All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties,
taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If merchandise is returned due to the reasons mentioned above, the transaction will be refunded minus any
restocking fees in addition to any shipping charges.
