In no event, will Schietsportspullen.nl knowingly violate any Dutch firearms/export/civil laws.
Customers MUST contact local customs or related authorities in the country of destination to check
whether products can be imported and used or not. We, Schietsportspullen.nl, are not responsible for customs
confiscations or punishment due to the destination country's local Laws or regulations.

Please make sure to check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties,
taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned above
are the sole responsibility of the recipient and not the responsibility of schietsportspullen.nl. It is the recipients
responsibility to ensure the products are not restricted in the country of destination and not the responsibility
of Schietsportspullen.nl. If for whatever reason your product is held up or returned by customs,
Schietsportspullen.nl will not take responsibility for any delays, returns, or confiscation.
If merchandise is confiscated by customs we will not be held responsible for return of payment or fines.
All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties,
taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If merchandise is returned due to the reasons mentioned above, the transaction will be refunded
minus any restocking fees in addition to any shipping charges.
